For electrical contractors

Web design for electricians, built around certification and trust.

Electrical work is bought on credentials. Whether it is a homeowner wanting a consumer unit replaced or a letting agent needing EICRs across a portfolio, the first question is always the same: are these people properly qualified, and will they do it properly?

What usually goes wrong

Where these sites lose the enquiry.

Certifications not visible

NICEIC, NAPIT, Part P — these are the reason someone picks you over a cheaper quote. They need to be above the fold, not on a certificates page nobody opens.

Domestic and commercial mixed together

A homeowner and a facilities manager want completely different things. Separating the two makes both feel like the site was written for them.

EICR and landlord work not mentioned

Compliance work is repeat, predictable income and people search for it by name. If those words are not on your site, you are invisible for them.

No way to request a quote out of hours

Most enquiries come in the evening. A short quote form that reaches you instantly captures the ones who will not leave a voicemail.

What your customers type

The site is built around these.

Commercial and landlord searches tend to happen on a desktop during the day, domestic ones on a phone in the evening. The site needs to hold up in both.

  • electrician near me
  • EICR [town]
  • NICEIC approved electrician [town]
  • EV charger installation [town]
  • fuse box replacement cost

Thoroughbred Brows

Live client

Brow studio, Newmarket

Olivia had the reviews and the results but no website — bookings lived entirely on a third-party app. Built from a blank page in Newmarket: an editorial, unhurried site that matches the quality of the work and sends people straight to booking.

How it was built

Booking is the only ask
One repeated action throughout the site, wired into her existing booking system so nothing changed operationally.
Real proof, up front
5.0 from 313 verified ratings sits in the first screen instead of hiding on a review app.
Photography-led
Full-bleed imagery and generous space so the work sells itself before a word is read.
Found on Google locally
Structured for "brows Newmarket" style searches, with a microblading guide page pulling in early-stage searchers.

Questions

What people ask before they start.

Can the site handle both domestic and commercial enquiries?
Yes. I usually split them into two clear paths from the homepage, each with its own page and its own enquiry route, so neither audience has to wade through the other's content.
Will it help me get found for EV charger installations?
It gives you the foundation — a dedicated page, written properly, with the right structure and local wording. That is what search engines need in order to rank you for it.
Can I add my certification logos?
Yes. Send them over and I place them where they carry the most weight, which is usually near your main call to action rather than in the footer.
How long until it is live?
One to two weeks after you approve the homepage concept. The main variable is how quickly you can send me photos and your certification details.

Send me a couple of lines about your business and I will design a real homepage for it, free, before you commit to anything.
