Client Website Agreement

6. Client content and responsibilities

  • The client supplies accurate information and confirms it has permission to use all supplied text, imagery, logos, fonts and data.
  • The client reviews factual, spelling, pricing, accessibility, privacy and regulated-industry content before launch.
  • The client maintains required third-party accounts and subscriptions unless this agreement says otherwise.
  • Neither party will knowingly ask the other to publish unlawful, infringing or misleading material.

9. Privacy and confidential information

Each party will use confidential information only for the project and protect account credentials appropriately. The website's Privacy Policy describes enquiry handling; client projects involving personal data may require additional controller/processor terms.

10. Portfolio permission

11. Cancellation, suspension and handover

12. Warranties, liability and disputes

The provider will use reasonable care and skill but does not guarantee search rankings, leads, sales, revenue or uninterrupted third-party services. Any liability cap, excluded loss, indemnity, governing-law, jurisdiction and dispute process must be completed after legal review. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Signatures
