Why this exists
I kept seeing the same thing around Suffolk: a plumber or a builder doing genuinely good work, recommended by everyone locally, losing jobs to a competitor with a tidier website. The work was better. The first impression wasn't. That gap felt like something worth fixing, so I started doing it properly.
Why local businesses
Because the difference it makes is immediate and obvious. A big company adds a website to a marketing budget. For a local business, one extra job a month from the site can change the year. I would rather do work where a phone call actually matters to someone.
Why I build every site myself
There is no team here and that is deliberate. Nothing is outsourced, nothing is handed to a junior, and there is no account manager between you and the person doing the work. You explain your business once, to me, and I build it. When you need something changed in a year, you message the same person.
How I work
I design your homepage first and show it to you before any money changes hands. Fixed prices, plain English, and no pressure to buy things you do not need. If a website is not the right answer for your business, I will tell you.
